Western Meadowlark

I absolutely love hearing the bright and cheerful song of a Meadowlark! It’s very distinct and immediately gives away the presence of this grassland bird that like to fly up and perch on just about anything.

If you’ve never heard it, you can listen to the song.

I could hear this bird every day as a gentle reminder to sing my own song.
